Analyze financial information to assess quality of earnings, assets, and cash flows in client transactions while supporting mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures with strategic advice and business diligence services. Collaborate with team members to navigate complex transactions, applying financial modeling techniques to evaluate deal structures and utilizing tools like Alteryx for automation and efficiency. Conduct balance sheet analysis and asset valuation to inform client decision-making, engage in market trend analysis, and participate in stakeholder engagement to understand diverse perspectives. Develop skills in corporate finance and financial regulation while building a personal brand through consistent delivery of quality work.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
