Job Summary
Advisory & Consulting Manager leads customer adoption projects for Diligent’s Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions, acting as trusted advisor to help customers realize Governance Vision, Goals and Objectives with emphasis on Entity & Subsidiary Management. Responsibilities include proactive portfolio operations, project delivery oversight, requirements capturing, design and workflow documentation, project planning and monitoring, enablement and training coordination, client communication, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Solution Consultants. Drives development of business solutions leveraging Diligent product suites to increase delivery efficiency, supports pre-sales activities (solutions development, product demonstrations, RFP responses, SOWs), identifies expansion opportunities, and mentors Senior Specialists in project management and enablement. Requires 5+ years PM experience, enterprise technology implementations, PMP/PM training, domain knowledge in Corporate Governance/Entity & Subsidiary Management, SOW/CR drafting experience, cross-time-zone availability, strong communication and presentation skills. Salary range US$115,000–US$135,000; hybrid work model with onsite expectation at least 50% of the time; offices in multiple global locations; based in New York or Washington DC area with US focus.
Required Qualifications
- 5 plus years’ experience with strong Project Management skills
- 5 plus years’ in managing implementations of complex large-scale technology products
- Project Management professional certification and/or training in Project Management is mandatory
- 2 plus years’ experience in crafting SOWs and CRs
- Available to work across multiple time zones and geographies; North America, Asia, Europe
