Job Summary

Advisory Consultant Lead: Water Infrastructure, Asset Management/Utilities Management will drive the growth and strategic advancement of TYLin’s integrated advisory platform across Asset Management, Decision Intelligence, and Resiliency & Risk. Serving as the recognized leader for Water Advisory within the broader Advisory Practice, this role builds and sustains relationships with clients, regulators, industry organizations, and strategic partners while elevating TYLin’s market position. At the Principal level, provides firmwide authority on infrastructure strategy, lifecycle optimization, and enterprise decision frameworks within the water sector. Lead and grow the Water Advisory practice, advance market strategy, technical excellence, and thought leadership across infrastructure strategy, asset management, resilience, and decision intelligence. Oversee a high-performing, multidisciplinary team and collaborate across Organizational Advisory, Technology Advisory, and engineering units. Drive near- and long-term advisory growth, establish measurable targets, and lead strategic pursuits including teaming strategy, proposals, and go/no-go decisions. Serve as Project Principal on major engagements, guide clients in aligning capital programs with regulatory drivers and asset performance data, and apply risk-informed planning and lifecycle cost analysis to complex infrastructure challenges. Travel as required to support clients and teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 15–25+ years of progressive leadership experience in infrastructure advisory, asset management, resilience planning, or strategic consulting within A/E/C or public sector environments
  • Expertise in asset lifecycle management, enterprise risk frameworks, resilience strategy, and data-driven decision tools
  • Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Strong business development capabilities with an established professional network
  • Executive-level communication skills and ability to influence within a complex, matrixed organization
