Job Summary

Advisory Consultant Lead: Water Infrastructure, Asset Management/Utilities Management at TYLin will lead and grow the Water Advisory practice across asset management, decision intelligence, and resiliency & risk, serving as the recognized Water Advisory leader within the advisory practice. The role requires building and guiding a high-performing, multidisciplinary team, expanding market reach, and delivering integrated solutions that align capital programs with regulatory drivers, asset performance data, resilience objectives, and long-term financial planning. Responsibilities include strategy development, client relationship management with regulators and partners, pursuing strategic opportunities, leading project delivery as Project Principal, and driving business development. The candidate should bring a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 15–25+ years of leadership experience in infrastructure advisory or related fields, expertise in asset lifecycle management and enterprise risk frameworks, and strong executive communication and collaboration skills to influence in a matrixed organization. The role emphasizes innovation, inclusive leadership, and a commitment to TYLin’s Generous Mindset, with travel as required to support clients and teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 15–25+ years of progressive leadership experience in infrastructure advisory, asset management, resilience planning, or strategic consulting within A/E/C or public sector environments
  • Expertise in asset lifecycle management, enterprise risk frameworks, resilience strategy, and data-driven decision tools

Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred in engineering, public policy, planning, economics, systems engineering, or related discipline
  • Strong business development capabilities with an established professional network
  • Executive-level communication skills and ability to influence within a complex, matrixed organization
