This hybrid advisory role supports VP-equivalent leaders in large-scale, matrixed organizations, combining consultative problem-solving with exceptional visual communication skills to enable scalable divisional growth.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in one or more of: internal consulting, advisory/management consulting, technology strategy, enterprise architecture enablement, program communications, or executive communications

  • Experience in large-scale, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholder groups
  • Experience with change management, enablement, or internal marketing practices
  • Proficiency with diagramming tools and design systems
  • Understanding of governance processes and decision forums (steering committees, architectural review boards, etc.)
