Job Summary

Manage day-to-day accounting services for clients, including real-time bookkeeping, finalization of bank reconciliations, and accounts payable processing via bill.com and NetSuite. Perform monthly reconciliations of client bank and credit card accounts while working on engagement teams to support managers with small to mid-size private company management and compilation reports. Contribute to the team by analyzing information, prioritizing tasks, and suggesting solutions, while participating in special projects for client growth. Provide overlap with the US team from 8:30am to 10:30am Pacific Standard Time. Requires a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance, plus five years of public accounting or industry experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Core Accounting background equivalent to General ledger profile including comfortable level of understanding of how to record financial transaction relate with each other
  • A willingness to provide overlap with US team from 8:30am to 10:30am Pacific Standard Time
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in public accounting and/or industry as part of an accounting function
  • Experience using Tally, QuickBooks, Intacct, NetSuite and/or other accounting platforms
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work with multiple clients and projects concurrently
