Advisory Billing & Reporting Manager

Advisory Billing & Reporting Manager responsible for delivering accurate, timely billing operations for Schwab Investment Advisory, maintaining clean data in internal and third‐party systems, producing customized advisor reports, and supervising the Investment Advisory Billing Team. Role includes reviewing billing reports for discrepancies, placing trades to support fee collection, assisting in the development and testing of software systems supporting fee collection and Orion-based compliance monitoring, and supporting Investment Advisory operations including account opening, trading, and money movement. Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, travel flexibility, and experience with data gathering and reporting procedures. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 5+ years of Finance/Accounting experience, with relevant licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66, Series 24 preferred) and Medallion Signature Guarantee.
