Job Summary
Build Proof of Concepts and accelerators using Platform and AI Agents, experimenting with LLM improvements and agentic orchestration to develop reusable components for regional consumption. Lead discovery workshops to determine customer challenges, provide product demonstrations, and answer technical questions from clients, channel partners, and colleagues. Guide revenue for assigned solutions by supporting sales cycles with technical expertise while creating knowledge assets that scale team and field capability. Stay current on competitive analysis, support marketing events, and provide feedback to product management on enhancements addressing customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
- Hands-on experience designing and building agentic AI applications — multi-agent orchestration, RAG, prompt and context engineering, evaluation
- Proficiency with agent frameworks and modern LLM tooling
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration, APIs, data pipelines, and security/governance considerations for AI
- Proven ability to work directly with customers and translate business problems into technical solutions
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
- Excellent communication skills across both engineering and executive audiences
- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to guide execution excellence
- Travel, as necessary
