Job Summary
On-site temporary Advisory Agent for six months at Desjardins Ontario Credit Union responsible for delivering superior member and client experience. The role involves assisting with transactions, promoting Desjardins products and digital tools, advising on financial solutions, handling fraud or irregularities, contributing to business development and relationship maintenance, ensuring compliance and risk controls, staying current with standards and products, and supporting bilingual French/English interactions with members and partners.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or related field
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills in both French and English (oral and written)
- Knowledge of Desjardins products and services and convenience products/services
- Ability to enter data in systems
- Understanding of security measures, legal frameworks and internal controls
- Understanding of financial services cooperatives
- Availability for occasional travel
