Job Summary
Advisory Agent for Member and Client Experience (Temporary, 12 months, On call) at Desjardins in Canada. Provide members and clients with guidance on banking transactions and digital tools, promote Desjardins products and services, support business development and relationship maintenance, assist with fraud prevention and addressing irregularities, ensure compliance with security and risk rules, and advise on the use of technological tools. Act as an ambassador for digital solutions, help customers navigate various distribution channels, and refer specialized needs to colleagues.
