Job Summary
Advisory Agent, Member and Client Experience on-site role delivering member and client support, helping ensure members feel welcome, listen to and address needs, and promote financial empowerment. You promote Desjardins products and services through various channels, provide personalized solutions, identify business opportunities, and refer members to colleagues for specialized needs. You advise on digital tools and applications to facilitate transactions, assist with fraud or irregularities, stay current on standards and products, maintain compliance and risk management, and contribute to service delivery and relationship maintenance. The role emphasizes customer focus, effective communication, data entry, and leveraging technology to enhance member and client experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or related field
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Knowledge of Desjardins products and services for caisse members, Business centres, distribution networks and channels
- Ability to enter data in systems
- Knowledge of security measures, legal frameworks and internal controls
- Understanding of cooperative financial services philosophy
- Knowledge of operating procedures related to convenience products and automated and assisted transactions
- Knowledge of service standards
- Action oriented, effective communication, customer focus, nimble learning, situational adaptability, tech savvy
