Job Summary
Temporary on-site advisory role focused on enhancing member/client experience. Responsibilities include promoting Desjardins products and services, assisting members with transactions, addressing fraud or irregularities, ensuring compliance and security, advising on digital tools, contributing to business development and relationship maintenance, and providing data-entry support. Requires strong bilingual communication (French/English), understanding of cooperative financial services, familiarity with security measures and internal controls, and flexibility for occasional travel. The position emphasizes helping members navigate transactions, tools, and services while upholding Desjardins’ values and standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or related field
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills in both French and English
- Knowledge of convenience services and Desjardins products/services
- Ability to enter data in systems
- Knowledge of security measures, legal frameworks and internal controls
- Understanding of the philosophy and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives
- Knowledge of operating procedures related to convenience products and services and automated/assisted transactions
- Available for occasional travel
