Job Summary
Advisory Agent, Member and Client Experience on-site: help members and clients with banking transactions, promote Desjardins products and services, provide personalized solutions, identify business opportunities, refer to specialists, guide digital tool usage, assist with fraud or irregularities, and ensure compliance and risk-management standards while staying current on products and services and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent in a related field
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Ability to enter data in the systems
- Available to work one evening per week until 7:30 p.m.
