Job Summary
Support members and clients by explaining existing applications and technological tools to facilitate independent transactions and operations. Contribute to business development and maintain relationships through service delivery, while assisting individuals who have encountered fraud or irregularities. Monitor and process transactions required to settle cases, ensuring financial transactions proceed smoothly and addressing any issues that arise. Open accounts, help with financial transactions, and provide personalized solutions based on attentive needs assessment. Advise on digital solutions, prevention, and safety, while promoting the organization's cooperative values and available distribution channels. Stay current with the latest standards, products, and services to uphold compliance, security, and risk management standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma in a related field
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written
