Advisory Agent, Member and Client Experience

Advise members and clients on banking transactions, existing applications, and digital tools to enhance their experience and promote Desjardins products. Contribute to business development by maintaining relationships through service delivery and assisting individuals who have encountered fraud or irregularities by ensuring appropriate referrals. Support the adoption of technological tools safely while acting as an ambassador for digital solutions.
