Advisory Accounts Coordinator

Job Summary
Advisory Accounts Coordinator supports Wealth Management operations by processing account opening, maintenance, and termination requests; responding to service inquiries from advisors, money managers, and management; handling fee billing, adjustments, rebates, and manager invoices; organizing/deploying department projects; providing user support for applications and workflow tools; and recommending process improvements aligned with industry standards and firm objectives. The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, initiative, and ability to manage multiple tasks with accurate, timely execution. Works in a hybrid arrangement (approximately three days in-office per week) and emphasizes client service, compliance, and collaboration with team members to deliver required documents and disclosures to advisory clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in operations/financial industry
- Series 7 a plus
- 2 years related experience in Wealth Management and investment industry knowledge strongly preferred
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Office Applications
- Familiarity with common Wealth Management systems
- Excellent client service skills
- Strong oral and written communications skills required
- Motivated self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility to the business
- A strong team player who cooperates and works well with the team
- Proven skill in managing multiple tasks and in establishing priorities
- Ability to work successfully under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
