Advisor Trainee- Advisor Development Program

Advisor Trainee in the Advisor Development Program is a six-month temporary contract designed to launch a career in financial advisory with Sun Life. The role provides hands-on experience, personalized coaching, and access to digital tools, with dual licensing in insurance and mutual funds, inbound/outbound client communications, and business development activities. The program aims to prepare you for graduation into an advisor role and potential integration with a local advisory team. You will work from a Sun Life District office, split time between the Prospr advisor team and a standalone advisor track, while gaining exposure to Sun Life products, processes, and client solutions.
