Job Summary
Advisor Support Manager supporting the CEO/lead advisor in client meetings, follow-up, and day-to-day account management. Responsible for driving follow-through on client action items, using Redtail CRM to track activity, supporting Raymond James custodian processes, assisting with basic trades and money movement, coordinating onboarding, handling client communications, and staying organized in a fast-paced wealth management environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in wealth management, financial services, or an RIA environment
- Familiarity with client accounts, trades, onboarding, and account maintenance
- Experience with CRM systems (Redtail a plus) and custodian platforms (Raymond James a plus)
- Strong follow-through—you track details and close loops
- Comfort working in ambiguity without needing rigid structure
- Clear, professional communication with both clients and internal team
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed
