Job Summary
Advisor, Strategic Sourcing Global Products – Sourcing Transformation leads RFP creation and supplier negotiations, and drives cross-functional sourcing initiatives across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Responsibilities include creating RFPs, aligning business awards, supporting a portfolio of projects for transformation in the Medical Segment (Enteral Feeding, Urology, Respiratory, Fluid Management, General Labs, Drapes, Gowns, Compression, etc.), analytics for budgets and P&L, NDA management, making cost-reduction and supplier-management decisions, and project-management of manufacturing transformation and Make vs Buy activities. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in global strategic sourcing or similar roles, strong communication and leadership skills, ability to travel up to 25%, and familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Tableau.
