Job Summary
Advisor will manage a caseload of 14-16 students, providing academic advisement, personal and professional guidance, and career counseling through regular meetings; serve as the primary liaison between parents and Shepherds College; collaborate with internal departments and community partners to meet students' needs; manage behavioral issues and help implement behavior plans; complete required documentation and assessments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Special Education is a plus
- Must have experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
