Job Summary
Advisor, Customer experience role responsible for handling PhonePe account and transaction-related queries, switching between phone and data channels, following specified process guidelines to bring about resolution, building customer trust, and educating customers to leverage PhonePe to the fullest. Requires strong written and verbal communications, active listening, customer orientation, the ability to multitask, and teamwork; must be proficient in English and Hindi, with multilingual South Indian language skills preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation (10+2+3) is Mandatory
- Should be able to speak in English and Hindi
- Multilingual skills (spoken + written) in South Indian languages are preferred
