Job Summary
Temporary Advisor, Securities supporting the advisors with administrative and operational tasks in securities account management. Responsibilities include preparing documentation for member and client meetings, managing advisors’ calendars and voicemail, completing account openings and securities transactions as directed, researching queries and proposing tailored solutions, and producing reports and related documents. Requires a general college diploma in a related field and at least one year of relevant experience; French language proficiency is required. Demonstrates proactive, action-oriented, client-focused service, with attention to risk, compliance, and adherence to current practices and policies. Hybrid work arrangement in Quebec, Canada.
