Job Summary
Drive end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across West Australian Surface Mining operations for blue- and white-collar roles. Source and screen candidates, coordinate pre-employment requirements (medicals, police clearances, qualifications, working rights) and partner with hiring leaders to align workforce needs with policy and guidelines. Bring strong recruitment process knowledge, compliance focus, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage competing priorities while working independently within a collaborative team. Experience with SuccessFactors is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Exposure to the mining or resources sector is highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, compliance, and best practice talent acquisition
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail, strong time-management, and the ability to handle competing priorities
- Confident working independently on your portfolio while being a collaborative team player
