Job Summary
Handle information requests and complaints from members, clients, and organizational sectors in accordance with established policy. Diagnose issues to determine target outcomes and develop recommendations, solutions, and action plans based on organizational objectives. Conduct research and preliminary analysis to develop initial outlines of tools and processes, then interact with stakeholders across other fields. Assist experienced professionals by helping institute new tools for the line of work and support complaint resolution interventions. This temporary 12-month role requires a Bachelor's degree, one year of relevant experience, and advanced English proficiency with French knowledge.
