Job Summary
Advisor - Project Manager role seeking an M-shaped advisory professional with deep multi-disciplinary expertise in Project Management, Change Management, and Continuous Improvement. The candidate will manage projects with scope, budget, and schedule, including infrastructure or application development initiatives, and will leverage strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and risk management skills. The role emphasizes cross-disciplinary collaboration, adaptability across teams, and the ability to connect technical competencies in change management, process optimization, and agile methods. Hybrid work is preferred with Madison or Milwaukee, WI locations, and travel as needed. Required education includes a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or 5+ years of applicable experience). Preferred exposure to Organizational Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or PDCA, and proficiency with modern office productivity and collaboration tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in any field or 5+ years of applicable experience
- Formal and independent project management of scope, budget, and schedule for infrastructure or app development projects
- Experience with software/application implementations or transformations
- Experience with Stakeholder, Communication and Risk Management Plans
- Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience managing projects across multiple business areas
- Experience across Organizational Change Management, Continuous Improvement, and Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen/PDCA is desirable
Desired Qualifications
