Job Summary
Develop and manage project work statements, scope, priorities, budgets, and schedules to ensure alignment with client requirements. Serve as the primary stakeholder contact, monitor project performance and risks, and implement mitigation strategies to drive successful program delivery. Lead and coordinate global project teams by assigning work, managing resource allocation, and optimizing program effectiveness. Drive the end-to-end program lifecycle including road mapping, execution, and continuous improvement while promoting Agile and DevOps practices. Fully remote opportunity with 0-10% travel; apply by October 30, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of Project Management experience
- Budget Development
- Project Planning
- Project Controls
- Earned Value Management
- use of project management methodologies such as Catalyst
- Proficiency in Project Management Software
- Productivity Tools
- Methodology Tools
- Finance and Accounting Concepts
- Administrative Processes that improve project efficiency and effectiveness
- Experience with techniques and approaches supporting the development, integration, and deployment of project phases from initiation through delivery
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation
Desired Qualifications
- PMP Certification preferred
- Healthcare Insurance (especially with Medicaid) experience preferred
