Job Summary
Advisor, Philanthropy and Sponsorships responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of partnerships, including commercial sponsorships, cause-related marketing initiatives, and philanthropic programs. This cross-functional role spans the entire partnership lifecycle, from opportunity analysis to negotiation, implementation, and performance monitoring. You will contribute to maximizing commercial, social, and reputational outcomes while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, values and governance frameworks. An emphasis on analyzing and recommending partnerships based on business objectives, social impact, risk considerations and strategic alignment; negotiating and overseeing contractual agreements; coordinating activation and management of partnerships with internal teams and external partners; monitoring performance through KPIs and reporting; managing budgets, payments, and practice optimization; developing and leading sponsorships to generate business opportunities and measure ROI/ROO; and travel within Quebec and Ontario for events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in sponsorships, marketing, partnerships, or philanthropy
