Advisor Onboarding Specialist
$79,000–$113,000 year
HybridLos Angeles, California, United States
Job Summary
Own the delivery of client implementations from post-sale through launch, migrating committed assets on plan and accelerating time-to-value. Develop detailed implementation plans, manage timelines and dependencies, and lead cross-functional efforts across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Compliance. Run structured discovery before kickoff, tailor training to the firm's workflows, and surface known friction before advisors encounter it. Orient the firm to support and service protocols early, then run a weekly cadence reporting transition health, risks, and next steps. Cover all seven core areas—advisor experience, client experience, account opening, funding, trading, fee billing, and reporting/integrations—while documenting escalation paths and open items. Bring implementation friction and product gaps back to Product and Operations with enough specificity to act. Set up the steady-state relationship well before you roll off, ensuring the transition feels like a continuation of the same team.
