Job Summary
Execute the marketing, customer experience, and product management plan for the Encor by EPCOR business unit, including developing content for websites, collateral, and internal communications. Track and process invoices with Finance and vendors, manage promotional item inventory, and coordinate meetings and SharePoint sites. Identify budget requirements for initiatives, monitor expenses against targets, and ensure all deliverables comply with EPCOR policies and regulatory standards. Assist in planning customer-facing events, promotions, and partnerships while analyzing campaign results to drive continuous improvement. Manage stakeholder relationships across Corporate P&GA, Energy Services, IT, and external agencies, ensuring alignment with brand values and business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Strategy, Operations or related field deemed equivalent
- 3+ years of progressively responsible experience
- Digital marketing, including social media, online advertising, search engine marketing, and website development
- Customer service and/or customer experience
- Marketing and sales of consumer retail products
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Working with suppliers and business partners
- Developing marketing and communication content
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and performance metrics
- Ability to analyze marketing, sales, customer, and financial data and develop recommendations
- Ability to develop and edit marketing and communication materials for various audiences
- Technical aptitude for understanding technology-enabled consumer products and services
- Familiarity with corporate financial, ERP, and business systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Good physical condition
- Willing to work in all weather conditions
- Clearance on pre-placement medical and drug and alcohol testing
