Job Summary
Plan, execute and measure internal communications initiatives and campaigns. Draft, edit and coordinate content across internal channels (intranet, newsletters, videos) and support internal events through logistics and content development. Maintain and improve communication processes, tools and templates; track progress and contribute to reporting on activities and performance. Uphold the company’s brand, voice and visual identity for internal audiences; collaborate with teams across regions and functions and with leadership at Canadian/global levels; bilingual fluency in French and English and ability to tell compelling stories across channels.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in French and English
- Ability to deliver clear, engaging and consistent internal communications
- Ability to use storytelling to create impactful narratives across channels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills
- Aptitude for using digital tools such as SharePoint, Canva or Asana
