Job Summary
Actively participate in NCPDP Task Groups and Work Groups to represent Navitus' perspective on proposed new standards and modifications, offering potential solutions and seeking leadership roles. Engage directly with clients and auditors as a subject matter expert and strategic consultant while developing networking relationships throughout the industry to collaborate on guidance and future development of standards. Summarize new applicable NCPDP standards and present them to leadership to facilitate awareness of impacts on existing systems, processes, policies, and technology platforms. Provide subject matter expertise in support of developing functional and business requirements for the claims adjudication platform, identify issues impacting the work area, and oversee corrective actions. Facilitate testing with pharmacies for NCPDP compliance, including development of test plans and payor sheet updates. Work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' work experience in PBM Operations
- PBM industry experience
- Experience in review and interpretation of complex regulatory guidance
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
Desired Qualifications
- NCPDP member and standards expertise with active participation in NCPDP work groups and task groups preferred
