Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months of customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
- Ability to learn and solve problems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and rotate shifts as needed
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Empathy and excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
