Job Summary
Advisor I, Customer Service – Japanese Safety Investigation Specialist provides inbound/outbound/internet-based customer service, clarifies requirements, resolves non-routine issues, and maintains KPIs. The role emphasizes empathetic customer interaction, accurate documentation, cross-selling opportunities, and collaboration to improve customer satisfaction and business performance. Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; full-time position.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma with six plus months of customer service experience preferred
- Minimum of two years of college education (Philippines)
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form
- Ability to learn and problem-solve
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Ability to rotate shifts as needed
