Job Summary
The Advisor I, Customer Service position requires handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and the Internet, providing support and resolving routine issues regarding products and services. Candidates must ensure adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), actively listen to customer needs, maintain a professional demeanor, document customer interactions accurately, and participate in improvement initiatives. A high school diploma along with three to six months of relevant experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on customer service skills, attention to detail, and strong communication capabilities.
