Job Summary
The Advisor I, Chat Support position provides customer service support primarily through chat, ensuring service meets contractual Key Performance Indicators. Responsibilities include clarifying customer requirements, providing resolutions, building rapport through empathy, documenting inquiries, and participating in activities to enhance customer satisfaction. A high school diploma with some relevant experience is preferred. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, computer navigation proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation
- Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment
- Ability to rotate shifts as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Skilled in multi-tasking
- Ability to work as a team member as well as independently
