Advisor-Financial Management

Analyze complex financial, operational, and clinical data to drive improvement and support strategic decision-making. Advise business units on financial performance, objectives, risk tolerance, and expenses while interpreting costs, revenues, and clinical measures for senior management recommendations. Coordinate with the system financial team to provide actionable analysis, reporting, and pro formas. Conduct and document complex analysis projects, develop economic indicator forecasts, and prepare short, medium, and long-term organizational position analyses. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5-7 years of relevant experience, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and relational database modeling proficiency. This largely individual contributor role advises leaders on financial areas in scope.
