Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach shoppers to understand needs, and provide accurate product knowledge while guiding customers through checkout, loyalty programs, and services. Uphold merchandising standards by managing floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment. Promote company initiatives including the loyalty program, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, including federal ATF guidelines, while fostering an inclusive environment where all feel welcome and respected. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
