Greet teammates and athletes proactively to understand needs, provide accurate product knowledge, and guide shoppers through checkout, loyalty programs, and services. Uphold merchandising standards by managing floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment while promoting company programs like warranty sales and credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, including federal ATF guidelines, to create an inclusive environment where all feel welcome and respected. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store and perform other assigned tasks as needed.
