Greet teammates and athletes proactively to understand needs, provide accurate product knowledge, and support the shopping experience. Uphold merchandising standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment. Promote company programs including loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and respected. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store. Perform other tasks as assigned.
