Job Summary
Earn your Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses within 120 days of hiring through dedicated classes. Build client relationships by providing end-to-end comprehensive financial advice, reviewing investment goals, and preparing recommendations for affluent and high net worth individuals. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to align Merrill and Bank of America products with client needs. Deliver client reviews and presentations while applying regulatory due diligence in daily activities. This role within the centralized Advisor Development Program offers a defined path to progress into a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor position, supported by one-on-one coaching and robust marketing resources.
Required Qualifications

- Applies relevant regulatory due diligence in daily activities and creating long-term client strategies
- Earn your Security Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (63 & 65 accepted, in lieu of 66)
- Must obtain your SIE within 60 days of being hired
- Must obtain your Series 7 & 66 within 120 Days
- Register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing (SAFE Act)
- Submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process
- 1st shift availability
- 40 hours per week
