Job Summary
Entry role in Bank of America's Advisor Development Program, supporting Financial Advisors with client service as you work toward becoming a Merrill Financial Advisor. You will obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66 within 120 days) and receive dedicated training, progressing through progressive roles to build a book of business, acquire clients, and manage relationships while delivering customized solutions and adhering to policies. Key responsibilities include supporting enterprise strategic objectives, operational excellence, client advocacy, servicing multiple FAs, education on bank’s services, and collaborating with partners to meet client needs. The role emphasizes developing foundational skills, training, and ongoing professional growth toward becoming a Merrill Financial Advisor, with mentorship and on-the-job coaching through the Academy and local leadership.
