Job Summary
Support the implementation and maintenance of Organisation Design & Implementation data governance standards, controls, and ways of working. Monitor data quality, identify anomalies, and coordinate remediation to improve accuracy and integrity. Maintain and improve data templates, trackers, reporting tools, and operational artefacts while partnering with the Lead, Process Engineer, and service owners to embed data practices. Support delivery of optimisation and automation initiatives by documenting requirements, coordinating testing, and validating outcomes. Develop process documentation, training materials, and user resources to support adoption of new tools and practices. Contribute to continuous improvement of frameworks, methodologies, and ways of working.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with data management, reporting, administration or data quality activities
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels of data accuracy, completeness and integrity
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and other data management tools to analyse, maintain and report on data
- Ability to identify data issues, investigate root causes and support practical remediation activities
- Experience developing and maintaining process documentation, training materials and operational resources
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to support and guide users through new processes and ways of working
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting process improvement, standardisation or automation initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with workforce, HR or organisation design data
- Experience with Excel VBA, Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate or similar reporting, automation and workflow tools
- Relevant university qualifications
