Job Summary
Advisor, Compensation & Benefits role responsible for administration, analysis, and coordination of Saputo Cheese USA Inc.’s compensation and financial benefits programs. Lead the administration of the short-term incentive (STI) program, manage data preparation and audits for annual salary processes, conduct job evaluations and grade assignments for internal equity, maintain compensation data across HR systems, and interpret compensation policies for HRBPs, managers, and employees. Provide support for retirement and ESOP programs, including weekly funding reconciliations, and assist with health and wellness benefit programs. Analyze program data to identify trends, prepare reports, and communicate guidelines to promote effective execution. Collaborate on regulatory changes and market practices to support compensation and benefits program management. The role emphasizes development opportunities, meaningful compensation and benefits, and opportunities to contribute to the community, with a salary range of $60,135 - $78,930 depending on experience and training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience supporting employee compensation and/or financial benefits programs
- Experience handling confidential employee and compensation data
- Exposure to hourly wage structures and short-term incentive programs preferred
- Strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced Excel capability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, or benefits administration platforms
