Job Summary
Answer client questions globally via telephone, email, instant message, and proprietary channels. Support FactSet applications by creating custom models and screens while solving complex financial queries. Maintain high-quality support standards using the FactSet Workstation, advanced Excel, and market knowledge. Liaise with Client Solutions, Sales, and Product Development groups. Meet targets, attend internal meetings, and complete projects as requested. Progress is reviewed monthly, then formally at six and twelve-month intervals.
Required Qualifications
- MBA Finance (Freshers and Experienced) / B.Com or M.Com or BBA Finance (only if Experienced)
- English spoken fluently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- experience in advanced web searching
- Highly organized
- Genuine interest or experience in financial markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hardworking and proactive
- Ability to work independently using creative thinking without extensive direction
- Strong work ethic and highly self-motivated
