Job Summary
Design and lead end-to-end change strategies for highly complex, cross-organizational transformations, including the change narrative, stakeholder alignment, readiness, adoption, sustainment, and value realization. Deliver business performance engagements that strengthen decision-making, operating cadence, and leadership-team effectiveness while integrating change activities with program milestones and PMO routines. Assess readiness and adoption, gather stakeholder feedback, identify gaps, and adjust plans to ensure measurable outcomes and KPI attainment. Coach leaders and project teams to serve as effective sponsors and role models, reinforcing high-performance behaviors across functions. Advise senior leadership teams on execution discipline and strategic alignment, improving change management methodologies to strengthen delivery at scale. Build trusted relationships with customers, stakeholders, and third-party partners, ensuring messaging aligns with enterprise goals.
