Job Summary
Advisor role focusing on Business Analysis and Process Improvement across Change Management, Project Management, and ERP/SAP domains. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, developing workflows and process maps, conducting gap analyses, and defining current-state and future-state processes. Requires ability to communicate with technical and business teams, coordinate across disciplines, and support organizational change initiatives. Preference for Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or PDCA experience, and familiarity with SAP/ERP. Travel may be involved; hybrid work arrangement in Madison or Milwaukee, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters in any field or 3-5+ years of applicable experience
- Experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, workflow mapping, gap analysis, current state/future state
- Experience or certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or PDCA preferred
- SAP or ERP experience preferred
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational change management capabilities
