Job Summary
Advisor Benefits contract focused on program management and employee experience for corporate and franchise benefit plans. Responsibilities include consulting HR/business partners on benefits programs; designing and developing program materials and education resources to enhance understanding; ensuring internal controls and compliance for benefit programs; driving process improvements and technology integration in benefits workflows; maintaining cross-functional relationships with HR Systems, Communications, Payroll Operations, and HR Business Partners; building stakeholder trust in benefit program design; preparing reports for senior leadership (Executive Committee, HR Committee); conducting analyses (cost/benefit, regulatory compliance, financial impact); leading Annual Enrolment for Corporate and Franchise Benefit Plans (project management, communications, vendor management, employee experience); leading benefits-related initiatives; representing Benefits in franchise conversions/onboards; managing vendor relationships and relocation processes.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Experience with benefit programs and practices
- Knowledge of benefits programs and HR administration systems (Dayforce, Ceridian, SAP, SuccessFactors)
- Bilingual in English and French preferred
- CHRP and/or CEBS or in pursuit preferred
