Job Summary
Advisor Batch Developer with 9+ years of experience in C/Unix/Linux/XML/SQL and healthcare financial systems. Fully remote within the United States. Responsibilities include designing and developing financial system components and batch processes, coding and testing changes, acting as a technical advocate for financial users, collaborating with finance SMEs, QA, and infra, and ensuring compliance and accurate financial controls. Expectation of flexible schedule and potential travel (0-10%), with emphasis on secure development practices and production support. Salary range $100k-$115k annually.
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in application design, development, and programming using C, UNIX/Linux, XML, and SQL
- Prior experience working with healthcare IT systems and financial systems is required
- Experience documenting and executing unit test cases
- Experience supporting system design, development, maintenance, and production support for financial batch processes and data workflows
- Knowledge of GitHub repository and AWS preferred
