Job Summary
Advisor role focused on agile methods with depth across multiple disciplines. Seeks professionals with 3-5+ years in Agile, proficient in SAFe, LeSS, Scrum at Scale, Scrum, and Kanban; experience in Agile Coaching. Responsibilities include leading agile teams, mentoring practitioners, managing budgets, deadlines and scope, pushing back on requirements when needed, and delivering meaningful feedback. Requires effective communication, customer focus, self-development, planning and alignment, ability to direct work, drive results, balance stakeholders, and navigate complexity. Strong office-productivity and collaboration skills are necessary. Travel and hybrid work arrangements are expected; candidates should be comfortable working across client environments and engaging across disciplines to enable continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters in any field, or 3+ years of applicable experience
- 3-5+ years experience as an Agile Practitioner
- Experience with SAFe, LeSS, Scrum at Scale, Scrum, Kanban
- Agile Coaching experience
- Ability to lead an agile team, manage budgets, deadlines, and scope; mentor others; provide meaningful feedback
