Job Summary
Advisor to lead and advise Agile teams across client engagements, leveraging SAFe, LeSS, Scrum at Scale, Scrum, and Kanban. Role emphasizes executing + advising, mentoring other practitioners, and ensuring aligned delivery within budget, deadlines, and scope. Requires deep Agile expertise (3–5+ years), strong communication, customer focus, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field, or 3+ years of applicable experience. Travel may be required; hybrid work arrangement common.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters in any field, or 3+ years of applicable experience
- 3 to 5+ years Agile practitioner experience
- Experience with SAFe, LeSS, Scrum at Scale, Scrum, Kanban
- Experience with Agile Coaching (preferred)
- Ability to lead an agile team, manage budget, deadlines, and scope
- Mentoring other agile practitioners, providing meaningful feedback
- Proficiency in office productivity and collaboration tools
- Travel and hybrid work arrangements; some on-site collaboration with clients
